Theme Effects for HeckED PHONES / FLASHED PHONES.
1. RENAME .sis TO .RAR
2. Open With Xplore.
3. Extract/Copy the Effects Folder to C:/resource.
4. then Open RomHecker App.
goto options ---> select All Heckes ---> Apply.( C2Z pathch must Apply )
5. then go to themes->general->option->theme effects->on.
PLz ADD IT TO FAV.
