Terraria is a 2D sandbox where players explore an endless, randomly-generated world. Here, you can interact with your surroundings anyway you want, just like in Minecraft.

Players grab building materials from their surroundings, keeping a fully stocked inventory of resources to create gadgets with later on. Picks, shovels, swords and armor are just a few of the over 200 different items available for you to forge. Plus you can design and build your own unique structures, like houses or towers.

Of course, many of these elements you create are designed to serve as defense mechanisms against the seventy different types of monster you'll find scattered around the map. Not to mention the five top bosses that add a twisted new level of difficulty to this sandbox.

Terraria is one of the most comprehensive and fun games on Windows, and is now available in a virtually identical version on Android. This really is a source of almost infinite fun for users of Android phones and tablets.
