A pedometer and calorie counter to help keep you in shape

Fitbit - Flex Diet Alta is an app that helps you keep track of steps, calories, distance traveled, speed, time, and even steps per minute.

The interface is similar to other pedometers, which by now is a simple and well known design. The top part of the screen displays the number of steps taken, as well as the amount of time that's passed. The center part of the screen contains a button that starts the pedometer, which is surrounded by other relevant data.

There is an option to save your results at the bottom left of the screen, and at the bottom right you can access results that you've saved previously.

Fitbit - Flex Diet Alta lets you keep track of your exercise routines or sporting habits in detail, so you can improve your performance and track your progress.
