Rastreador Celular Inteligente is exactly as its name suggests: it's an app that lets you locate other users with your Android device. But this is not an app for spying. In order to use it, the user you're trying to locate must first AUTHORIZE this action.

The way Rastreador Celular Inteligente works is very simple: type in the phone number of the user you're trying to locate and, as long as that user authorizes the action from his or her own device, you'll receive an answer. After a few seconds, you'll see a marker on the app map that you have installed on your device.

It's important to keep in mind that even if the app can be used on a tablet, it CAN’T be used to locate a tablet. Tablets don’t have phone numbers, so you can only use this app to locate phones.
