Photo Background Changer-Free is a photo-editing app that lets you crop the background of an image and paste it over a different image. That said, the results aren't very satisfactory at all.

The app's interface is not very intuitive or easy to use. Accessing any of the features, which aren't that many, is pretty complicated. You can cut a piece of the image and convert it to a sticker that you can paste on a different picture. That's it.

When cropping, you can choose from different shapes; there's a circle, square, a heart, and a star, among others, although you can also just draw the line with your fingertip.

Photo Background Changer-Free is a pretty mediocre photo-editing app. It can offer some fun results, but in general it doesn't have more or better features than other similar apps. On the contrary, it has fewer.
