Amazon to unveil 3D smartphone in June, hopes to compete with Apple's new iPhone 6 Video

Amazon is gearing up to release a 3D smartphone later this year in a bid to compete with Apple's next-generation iPhone 6.

The leaked photos show a series of cameras on the handset, including four cameras on each of the corners of the phone.

These cameras can track head and eye movements, allowing users to take 360-degree photos in 3D.

Reports say Amazon plans to have the phones on shelves by the end of September, setting the stage for Amazon to challenge Apple's highly anticipated iPhone 6.
