VIPCall application allows you to get incoming ringtone not want to miss during the Silent or Meeting.
Whenever it is expected that call and having the phone in Silent or Meeting, block tones (default. Going up the tone, are for all calls), with this app you can receive incoming calls (while still in silence) that you only want to receive.
Just put the number you want or add it from the agenda.
Then hide the app.
