Network Manager is a network management app that lets you measure the upload and download speed of your Internet connection. Plus, it lets you know how many devices are connected to your network, and how many apps on your Android are actively connected to the Internet. All of this is offered from a simple, elegant, and functional interface.

When you install the app, you see the optioned marked by default: 'establish smart locker.' If you don't want to have this lock screen (that shows the battery level and some other data), you just have to deselect the option.

Network Manager is a lightweight app (it only takes up 3 megabytes), that includes a range of reduced but very useful features. It's perfect for finding out what apps you have installed that are using the Internet and lets you stop these processes directly from the app itself.
