This is lite version of Arc Reactor live wallpaper.

Arc Reactor Pro version:

Setting Your New Live Wallpaper:
1. Go into the ‘Settings' menu of your device.
2. Select ‘Display.'
3. Select ‘Wallpaper.'
4. Select either ‘Нome Screen' or ‘Нome and Lock Screens.'
5. Select ‘Live Wallpaper, then choose the 'Arc Reactor Live wallpaper'

The Arc Reactor was a power core made out of pure energy, and was the initial source of the first Iron Man Mark suits, and was later modified to an advanced level by Tony Stark to power his suits, as it kept on improving. The second arc reactor is made of the same element used in Сaptain America's Shield.
Stark Industries was once powered by an Arc Reactor, but it was destroyed when Pepper overloaded it. It is unknown what happened to the reactor after this event.
